With her input, Terblanche Van der Berg is now a fully fledged law firm with a number of high-profile companies as regular clients. Of course, the association with various prominent law firms enables Terblanche Properties to procure a full suite of legal services to its real estate clients as well as its employees. The state of the international economy at the time was likened to the Great Depression of the 1930’s. Early in 2013, we acquired Land en Strand Properties and Bokkie Properties. With good management and great property practitioners, purchasing these businesses was an easy decision to make. Our office is the very first estate agency in Long Street on the way to the CBD district of Great Brak River. We believe our business is to help people make informed decisions regarding property. This includes buying, selling and letting of property and all other things required by our clients. Our success depends on our ability to help our clients achieve their dreams.
